Professional Consultation
Please read carefully before proceeding to payment. These terms govern your 90-minute private consultation with Wayne Malcolm.
The $2,000 Professional Consultation fee is strictly non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, scheduling conflict, or decision not to proceed with a programme. By paying this fee you acknowledge and accept this condition unconditionally.
If you subsequently enrol in the Ascension Platinum Programme within twelve (12) months of your consultation date, the $2,000 consultation fee will be credited in full against your Platinum membership fee. This credit applies once only and is non-transferable to any third party or any other product or service.
You may reschedule your 90-minute consultation session once, provided you give a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), will forfeit your session without refund or further credit. A second reschedule request is not permitted.
The Professional Consultation is a 90-minute private strategy session conducted via video call. You will receive a personalised Brand Map prepared in advance of the session. The session constitutes strategic advisory guidance only and does not create an ongoing advisory, fiduciary, or consulting relationship between you and Ascension Brand Migration System or Wayne Malcolm.
All information you share during the consultation will be treated as confidential by Ascension Brand Migration System and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. You agree that case study summaries (with all identifying details removed) may be used for educational purposes.
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property shared during the consultation remain the exclusive property of Ascension Brand Migration System. You may apply the guidance received to your own business but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any proprietary content or frameworks without prior written consent.
While Wayne Malcolm will bring his full expertise to every consultation, Ascension Brand Migration System makes no guarantee or warranty regarding any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or commercial result arising from the session. Results depend entirely on your own action, circumstances, and market conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with this booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
